It's lights out for F4 and F1

For my birthday I got tickets to Brands Hatch Indy circuit on the 7th May for the British Touring Champs, Porsche Carrera Cup and the f4 which supports the touring champs. James Higgins won and is 16 I believe and it was a great race - being his first win. There was a minor crash but did deploy a safety car and at the very end a car went onto the grass and needed a good push back on the track.

The Porsche Carrera Cup was also good, I didn't really know much going in but enjoyed that and ofc legends was fun.

Jay wanted to see how far he could get in neutral around the block so we tried that.

And I got to have a play with H for a bit as I hadn't seen him recently

Then in the evening, I headed to Jays for him to watch his first-ever F1 Grand Prix - Miami. Which was a no retired race and no red flags, or safety cars or collisions. And he got to see how stupid fast the red ball car is with the gaps between them and Alonso. Alpine did really well which was fab however Ferrari didn't - esp Leclerc so wasn't great for me - expect Alonso being p3 and Alpine just generally doing well.

But Jay did enjoy it and is ready to get into the sport fully which is fun.
